Module 5 Assignment: Creating Change Using Customer Feedback

The feedback from the customer survey shows that there is a big problem with the front desk. However, the information given from the feedback is not okay to suggest that the problem is there or not. Like the manager, the situation requires appropriate steps to figure out the root problem of the case. At first the there is a need to define the problem basing on the company's ethics. Defining the problem means diagnosing the situation at hand so that the management can focus on the issue but not the given claims.

At first, the management needs to analyze the documents that show how the processes in the companies are undertaken. For instance, the manager can review the information from CCTV cameras to evaluate whether the allegation is legit. At times maybe the employees were engaged somewhere; all the visitors arrived late. The analysis of the problem will give the manager a clue on what happened. Through the step, the manager will identify who does what, with what tool, and using which format.

After figuring out the root problem of the situation, the manager needs to generate an alternative solution not to occur again. Before the keys are made, the manager needs to postpone implementing the answer he has in mind before proposing other solutions. Considering different solutions can significantly enhance the value of the ideal solution. Once the manager and other stakeholders decide on what should be done, he needs to develop the route map of how the discussed solution will be implemented. Finally, the manager needs to implement the solutions they have come up with. Once the answers are implemented, the manager also needs to allow for continuous monitoring and testing of actual events. The solution discussed should remain in place with frequent changes to address the modern trends.

As a team, there is a need to communicate with the employees and our clients. Communication will assist in solving the existing conflict between the company and the clients. Clear communication will ensure that everyone is on the same page on the goals and objectives of the companies and their clients. Touch will also make the companies and the clients feel like they are connected to the decision-making process.

The team also needs to communicate with their managers to eliminate manger to manage conflict. The hotel management needs to speak to the staff managers and explain to them what happened. When this communication occurs, the two businesses will turn their employees into ambassadors of the hotel. Any miscommunication can ruin the hotel's goals and objectives. Despite the touch, the company can also seek other forms of data based on the hotel's performance. For example, the manager can install a suggestion box where the client will post their complaints when the manager is not allowed. The hotel management should frequently assess the data and be in a position to tell what is happening in the hotel. Another form of recorded data for the CCTV cameras can be used to access the hotel frequently. The data stored in the cameras will enable the manager to view what rely upon happened when problems arise.
