Select a health topic and create a community resource inventory that includes the following information for that topic:

· Overview of the topic selected:

· Define the Issue, Significance, Background, etc.

· Must be at least one page, single-spaced, 12-pt Times New Roman Font, 1-inch margins.

· You must abide by APA-style citing your references in-text and include a Reference Page at the end of the Resource Inventory

· List of helpful websites along with descriptions on the topic (at least 5)

· List of contact information for clearinghouses, help, or information lines along with descriptions relating to the topic (at least 3)

· Information on community agencies or non-profit organizations along with descriptions that may have information on the topic (at least 5)

· List of individuals who may serve as guest speakers on this topic (at least 3 – include name, title, contact info, and description as to why they would make an ideal speaker on your topic)

· List of professional journal articles or books on this topic (at least 5 cited in APA format)

· List of podcasts, blogs, or other sources along with descriptions that might provide helpful information on the topic (at least 3)
