Problem Statement

In this modern world, people are busy in their daily life & work which has increase the anxiety and stress. Stress and anxiety are the major which can causes Depression, and which can be solve by the meditation as this is the major health issues for older adults and youth. Depression has effect 20% adults age and youth which can lead toward the heart disease. We know meditation help the brain to achieved sustained focus and fight against the negative emotion and physical sensation. Therefore, this application which I am working on will help the help in meditation they can choose any time and start the meditation. They will feel relax listen the meditation sound and feel relax stress less.

User Research

Research plan

My plan is to conduct the interview between people and make them to use the application and find the differences in their daily life. Conducting survey and comparing the health benefits after they started using the application.

Question (Objectives)

The main objective of the application is when the user uses the application which help them to control the mind so that it will bring peace and focused on them. This will help them to be aware and think before rushing to anything. This application will help the people who are is depress and who feel loneliness. In this modern century as well, people feel uncomfortable to share feeling of depress to other. So, nobody knows the person from inside who is suffering from depression, so he feels uncomfortable to share with any doctor or any consult man. This application helps now as they use in home without any disturbance and maintain focus and peace.

Hypothesis

As nowadays, youth are the main victim of depression which is very dangerous for the development of the county. Depression is causing them to suicide which rate has increase day by day.

Methods

While interviewing and scouting the people there was result came from different people.

As we knew that depression has been major problem in the city area rather than in village area. Everybody is feeling the family, study, money and many more problems which lead toward depression. As application was used and many of them feel fresh and peace which help them to focus more on their duty.

Results (Synthesis)

As I have finished the research, I have seen the report and as compare there are more than 50% people who are suffering for minor depression to serious. Many more has the same problem as they are unable to express to anyone and talk about the depression. Among them four case was very much strong, and they were about to give up their life. Their age is around 20 to 26 which would be very bad for their family. Two of them have the family pressure, one got the love failure and last one got the failure in the examination which lead them toward the depression. As I talk with them about the importance of life which you need to love your life rather than anyone else. For this, they need focus, positive thinking, peace and many more. This all can be provided by the meditation application in short time.

Notes

After conducting the interviews and survey this application was very much useful for the people as its easy and free. As it prevents people suffering from stress and anxiety.
