What this source adds to your understanding of your selected topic: As someone who had lived in South Africa during the Apartheid as a multi-racial person, he tells us how he was treated by his family and by others. He tells how the Apartheid affect how his mother could interact with him out in public and how her relationship was with his father, who was a white man.
