The Hotel Director is so pleased that he has been bragging to all of his hotel director friends about your training and expectations. He has asked you to create a short PowerPoint presentation about how you trained your team. He wants you to include:

1) Your expectations of hygiene, appearance, and dress code

2) Your expectations for performance

3) What kind of verbal and non-verbal communication they should use

4) How these expectations increase the hotel’s business
