This activity will introduce you to the electronic health record (EHR), the types of information in an EHR, how the records are used, and who uses them.
For this activity, complete the following:
1. Complete the MindTap Quick Check for Chapters 4 and 5 in Essentials of Health Information Management: Principles and Practices. 2. Complete the MindTap Learning Lab for Chapters 4 and 5 in Essentials of Health Information Management: Principles and Practices. 3. Answer the following questions:
