Hey dear.

So I have attached two power point presentations samples for you as a guide line. What you have to do is help prepare my power point presentation using the 2 sample ones as a guide.

My own client for the presentation is Edith Jacobson and I worked a bit on her already. If you check the edith jacobsons pdf I attached, you will see my 3 top nursing diagnosis, the etiologies, the lab values, vitals and many more

Her major diagnosis is Hip fracture and she has a 10 year history of Osteoporosis.

My presentation is on Monday and I will appreciate if you can work on it and I can have it and prepare on it before then.

The two power point slides will help you as a guide. I will also appreciate if you can put pictures related to hip fracture as a background on the slides just like MR S.Y.

Also remember to use the patients initials and not the full name.

You will need to replicate each of the topic on the sample slide but mine will be on Edith Jacobson

I have also attached the written rubrics you have to use. The APA format and the references has to be APA.
