HR Department/Functional Alignment (bubble chart) – this is good 7. HR Strategic Goals (need 4-6 of these) – you've got 5 but the numbering is off. Expand these and complete so there are 6 to match the 6 in your bubble chart. 8. Mapping/Matrix – this chart should depict each HR Strategic Goal and show how it clearly aligns with a specific Company Strategic Goal.
