User Testing

Website surveys are the most appropriate ways of interacting with your clients to

determine how your products have impacted on them after they have interacted with the

products. A successful website survey entails posting the appropriate questions to the clients at

the right time. Having interacted with your website, clients will be willing to participate in the

survey thus providing the administrator with necessary feedback. Below is a test I conducted for

my H & M fashion website and the analysis of the findings I obtained from six of my online

shoppers.

a) Marion – prominent business woman

Very positive. The web page looked awesome.

A bit clear. Relevant information is matched with the appropriate items.

The website completely lacks items for men. I would advise you add men’s wear to the web page

so that a shopper can access all designs for both genders at a common shop.
