The PM for this week should tell me which SaaS system the team has selected, and I'll provide feedback. HELPFUL HINT: There are many SaaS solutions that have been developed specifically for the retail flooring/carpet industry; your team should research those and select one for the Trusty Carpets/Metro Carpets business. Generally, they have much more usable functionality than "generic" ERP solutions (e.g., NetSuite) and they would be more helpful and cost effective for Jerry.
