In this assignment you will analyze variables and identify trends to influence health promotion, using the Healthy People 2020 website.
Scholarly Resource Guidelines:

Directions:
· Go to the following link. http://www.healthypeople.gov/2020/default.aspx
· After accessing the link, find the tab bar near the top and Click on “Topics & Objectives”.
· Find and Click on the Healthy People (HP) topic “Physical Activity” (PA)
· Identify the goal and read the overview.
· Click on OBJECTIVES tab.
· Click on PA-1 sub-objective to expand and review Baseline, Target, Target-Setting Method, Data Sources, Data, and More Information.
· Knowing the HP goal: “Improve health, fitness, and quality of life through daily physical activity” and PA-1 sub-objective: “Reduce the proportion of adults who engage in no leisure-time physical activity”, and using the information in the listed answer the following questions (1-5).
· Access Healthy People 2030 Physical Activity Objective to complete your answer to question 5. You will identify the impact of the goal and how it changed for HP 2030.
· Provide answers in the boxes below each appropriate question in the Healthy People Activity Submission Document. Answers must be complete and accurate; concisely written using correct sentence structure, spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
