Provides a description of the special population for the brochure only.

Competent

Provides a description of the special population for the brochure, to include the incidence, but not the significance.

Proficient

Provides a description of the special population for the brochure, to include the incidence, and significance.

3) Discuss the Teaching/Learning Strategies

Does not provide a rationale for the teaching and learning strategies used.

Competent

Provides a partial rationale for the teaching and learning strategies used.
