One of your questions should ask “What would you like to know about the topic?” Use your learner objectives as a guide. Also please ask how the learner learns best. Please scan and turn in the copies of your completed tool. The information gained in this assessment will allow you to level the education appropriately. (12 points)

· Have you gotten permission to teach at this sight?

· What will you leave with the facility about your topic?
