introduction
Mission: Mackey transport is dedicated to providing high quality transportation for seniors and those with special needs so they can live life to its fullest.
Vision: To create a community where seniors and those with special needs can access the necessary healthcare services in order to improve their quality of life.
Values: Respect, Compassion, Integrity, Collaboration, and Empathy.
Structure: Non-profit organization with a Board of Directors and various departments.
Community position: Metairie Manor is well respected in the community and has a history of providing quality healthcare assisted living care to those who need it the most.
Project
The focus of the strategic plan is to expand our reach and impact by providing transportation services to the existing patients.
The goal of this project is to provide access to our healthcare services to people in the area who do not have easy access to medical facilities(Smith, 2020).
The transportation services will offer seniors and those with special needs an easy way to access hospitals and clinics for primary healthcare services, preventative care, and health education.
