Nonetheless, it is aimed at ensuring the healthcare coverage for all the adults that have income that is below 138% regarding the identified FPL. Moreover, it is aimed at offering adequate support to the innovative medical care delivery types of methods that are usually formulated to minimize the identified costs regarding the healthcare in general. The ACA has an impact on nursing as it helps in enforcing the need for the nurses to ensure that most of the people have medical insurance. Nonetheless, it is associated with ensuring that the nurses are striving at offering high quality care to all the patients at the most affordable rates for all patients to have equal access to care (Loversidge et al., 2019). Quality improvement is directly linked to the identified service delivery approach as well as level of the patient satisfaction, efficiency and even outcome. A successful quality measures as well as pay for performance program usually is associated with the incorporation the various principles regarding quality improvement to enhance the achievement of an improved level regarding performance and even an efficient healthcare system in the organization (Balogh et al., 2015). This is associated with impacting nurses as well as their roles in these different types of situations. Nursing leadership as well as management is one that is highly successful when the whole team is also successful. The nurses need to have skills as well as Capabilities that allow them to practice evidence basedevidence-based practice and outcome management. The APRN role is one that entails the assessment as well as the diagnosis and even the management of patient issues and prescription of medications. The nurses need to be certified enough to offer all these services and thus the need for them to be prepared via education and certification (Roussel et al., 2016).

The current era nursing profession has gotten altered drastically. There are more types of training programs as well as improved hospitals, more levels of accountability, a sense of family and a key focus on the identified patient care in the given nursing industry which has been associated with saving lives and in the creation of generations regarding the medical professionals (Weinstein et al., 2017). The two types of trends in the nursing or even healthcare which will impact changes in the healthcare industry is the increment in research practices in nursing profession. This will come due to the increment in the need for the evidence basedevidence-based practice as well as care and this means that there will be the need for conducting a lot of research on the identified nursing profession.

Nonetheless, there will also be the emergence of more ways in which to enhance and achieve health equity for the exploration of the manner in which nurses can effectively work to minimize the health associated disparities and in the promotion of equity. This will be with an aim to minimize costs for healthcare as well as in the efficient use of technology for maximum outcomes and in the maintenance of patient as well as family focused care (Weinstein et al., 2017).
