Unlike in the past where the healthcare system mostly relied on simple strategies and plans, the modern system has intensively employed modern technology in almost every segment of the sector. The technology has been deployed in the patients’ data management through electronic Health Recording (EHR), it has also being used in carrying out medical researches as well as used in diagonalization and treatment of various illnesses. The writer has also given data showing the relationship of the rate at which death rates as a result of traditional illnesses that were hardly cured in the past and the present rate. Six decades ago, the death rate as a result of diabetes was 18% but currently, the rate has drastically declined to 7%. This improvement is as a result of technology employment in healthcare.

The writer has also clearly illustrated how technology has been well deployment in the healthcare sector. X-ray technology has been a very fundamental development in healthcare.
