HCM 415 Case Study Selection Journal Rubric First review the Final Project Guidelines and Rubric, then review each of the following case studies:

Select the case study you would like to work with, and develop a journal assignment that discusses the tools in Chapter 2 in light of your selected case study. In the assignment, be sure to address the following:
A. Identify the specific case study they chose and describe the six-step process used to analyze the healthcare environment. B. Provide an explanation of how each step would be employed in light of the problem faced by the healthcare organization. C. Select and describe the strategic thinking framework (exhibit 2-10, p.68) that would work best for handling the issue faced by the healthcare
organization.
