Their objective is the purpose the firm survives; the society wants are met. It contains what we are here to do in essence. It clearly shows the sort of company Barclays Bank wants to be and what they care about, consequently assisting in its decision-making processes.

The overarching benefits that Barclays Bank have to offer to the consumer

The bank has a large worldwide asset base. It is the third-largest bank globally in terms of assets, with a main tier 1 ratio of 11 percent. Barclays Bank PLC became the first bank to generate colored statements for an integrated and had reliable data processing system. The company has a special, traditionally constructed, and continuously marketed brand by its good citizenship, including English football first league sponsorship. Because of its worldwide reach, the bank enjoys vast widespread risk and economies of scale ("Barclays corporate strategy," n.d.). The bank has a variety of technical innovations. For example, the first credit card ever utilized in the 1966 banking and mobile banking industry was created.

The is great power amongst clients regarding the use of bank's items/services like loans, credit cards, insurance, or other resources. The high consumer power is achieved due to many banks competing in the market that has related services. The bank provides its merchants and customers with credit and personal banking through Barclaycard. Credit cards through Barclaycard, mortgages, savings account, loans, insurance, bank accounts, and online banking through Woolwich are included in the services and items for the consumer.

Price is another important factor influencing demand for the stock of the bank. The bank has ensured that the rates of certain target customers are manageable (Delis, 2012). For example, the bank does not charge monthly fees; it provides free overdrafts interest and an additional 25% discount on the bank's mobile wideband systems for individuals who sign up for the student account of the bank. The bank also provides a reduced international online payment to investment.

Barclays Bank places its services & goods to be available to the client's convenience, such as the Barclays auxiliary debit card, is taken to the client's premises within two working days. They still have Quick-Tap contact-less readers in more than 50,000 shops. The bank has welcomed mobile banking and expanded its central branch networking. In all areas of the world, the bank has put ATM's points to meet the needs of its customers. Often, because of its insurance and e-bank services, the bank is in a favorable position.

A promotional plan aimed to improve customer fulfilment has been developed by Barclays bank. They do online advertisements on different websites and guide emails to possible students. They make phone calls to potential customers or contact them in their company or home to trade their services and goods to the individuals. The bank has created an advertising campaign platform aimed at the selected consumer community. ("Barclays corporate strategy," n.d.)

The gap I will fill by offering my redefined service

The banking sector has remained very stagnant over the last few decades. Nevertheless, the pressure on managers and staff to significantly boost competitiveness and financial services has been increased by the liberalization of domestic legislation, increased internal competition, fast advancement in a modern financial instrument, increased IT technology, and a shift in the customer's desires and tastes. The bank's exclusive realm, mutual funds, brokerage companies, and other non-bank rivals have continually entered these markets, eliminating the conventional banking sector's market share. The banks are largely competitive with goods and prices. (West, 2015)

The service I will redefine in Barclays bank is the selling proposition__ I recommend the bank to introduce a USP (unique selling proposition). At the bank, there was a lot left for the selling of the goods to be wished. Although their products are a success when it comes to sales, their location and USP aren't well established, resulting in attacks from rivals in the sector. Customers are full of choices and would like to immediately learn what distinguishes their commodity or brand from other firms. Understanding the correct way to position themselves and their products/services can distinguish between blending in and standing out. It is the reason why any bank needs to choose a USP to enhance the branding and marketing choices. (Hidayat et al., 2019)

One of the key aspects that can enable the bank to be better than the competition is the USP. Compared to other companies within the industry, it is a particular advantage that makes Barclays bank stand out. Generating an exclusive USP can enhance the marketing strategy and inspire branding, messaging, copywriting, and many other marketing choices (OlajideTalabi & Abubakri, 2012). At its essence, a USP should react quickly to the most urgent concern of a potential customer when they meet the bank's brand__ what makes their products/services special. The Bank's USP will emphasize their strengths and will be grounded on what enables their services/goods exclusively special to the clients. Being "special" is never in itself a good USP__ the bank must distinguish several aspects the target demographic cares about, or else the message would not be nearly as successful.
