Introduction

Study of the Hankerson Team is required to improve on the comprehension of how teams can get used to improve on organizational outcomes. The team applied in Hankerson involves persons from diverse backgrounds with diverse functionalities which improve on the team’s outcomes. The team would improve on the functionality of Hankerson since it consists of twenty-five persons distributed amongst one billing manager, six billing coordinators, six insurance verifiers, four customer services, two team leads, five collectors, and one collection supervisor. Each person possesses unique capabilities that increase capability of the team to produce effective outcomes. The healthcare field requires critical consideration of all persons involve in order to enhance conformity to organizational expectations.

Rosen et al., (2019) stated that teams are required for the improvement of internal organizational activities in the healthcare industry. Since Ventre Medial deals with patients with mental health issues, it is imperative to ensure all internal activities and team connections provide improvement in healthcare. The Hankerson team put this factor into consideration when it performed assessment of internal operations at Ventre Medical in order to improve the healthcare industry’s activities. The team required services of medical collectors since they are involved in the financial assessment of hospitals. Data collection by the collectors is required by all persons involved in order to increase the possibility of business operations in the healthcare department. The billing coordinators are imperative in the healthcare industry since they perform invoices for the company to ensure the proper delivery of resources to the healthcare department’s operations.

Insurance verifiers are required at Ventre Medical to ensure the internal operations provide clients with effective billing procedures. This is an effective component of the healthcare industry since it aligns organizational objectives with the teams’ capabilities. The importance of customer services is evident in the healthcare teams since it improves on connection with patients that require healthcare. The availability of contact centers at Ventre Medical provides an effective technique of acquiring information related to the team work and health insurance firms’ activities. The importance of team leads is inevitable in the field of healthcare since they are responsible for all persons in their departments (Rosen et al., 2019). The activities performed by each team lead promote talent development and provide the healthcare industry with required capability to promote effective healthcare.

The importance of the billing manager cannot get ignored since they provide cash flow in the health department. Data collection from the billing manager’s department would provide proper insight into the types of relationships that patients and health care providers possess. It is the duty of collection supervisors to ensure the internal healthcare department is provided with effective medical procedures. Data collection from the supervisor would provide insight into the health department to increase awareness related to the health departments internal activities. The setting involved in healthcare departments requires data collection in order to increase the vibrance of all persons involved.

Data Collection Sample

Data collection in the healthcare industry is required to increase improvement in terms of the insight provided into all healthcare departments. The constant systematic data collection for all departments at Ventre Medical will increase its possibility of improving healthcare. Data collection in healthcare industries improves on the capability to offer designs, implementation and evaluation of internal operations and conformity to organizational expectations (Sakovich, 2019). Data collection in the mental health department provided by Ventre Medical would provide insight related to the internal healthcare operations. It is imperative to study the patients involved in the healthcare department’s operations. In this way, the data collection procedure would provide insight into improvement of the medial field’s activities.

The sample data for the assessment of Ventre Medical was effective since it offered insight to 200 patients that visit the centre on a monthly basis. The data collection procedure for this document would focus on the involvement of healthcare teams in the improvement of wellbeing of each patient. The data collection procedure at Ventre Medical would focus on improving healthcare related to the patients’ internal activities and conformity to external healthcare procedures. The data collected would involve financial data and its use in the improvement of healthcare.

Data collection by the collectors at Ventre Medical is highly imperative since they possess effective expertise in improvement of healthcare. The collectors would assess data related to patient history in terms of their age and previous medial procedures. The fact that Ventre Medical deals with adults and children results in the need to study health improvement in all areas. Data collection would be possible in the improvement of healthcare in those areas as the consultation procedure would be provided with effective expertise. The collection of data by the highly experienced and certified physicians would provide insight about common issues like ADHD, bipolar illness, anxiety, and stress.

The data collection process revealed how Ventre Medical would improve insight into the improvement of healthcare related to internal company operations. The collectors were responsible in collection of the data displayed in table 1. The technique used was assessment of financial records of the company to determine how they conform to the goals of Ventre Medical. The involvement of collectors in table 1 was imperative as they provided their unique expertise to collect payments and debts from all patients in order to ensure business continuity at the health department.

The development of table 1 further involved billing coordinators at Ventre Medical. The billing coordinators were involved in collection of data related to the mental health department’s operations. The persons involved in the field provided billing information for each patient depending on the issue they discussed with the doctor. The billing coordinators collected information related to the consultations fees and follow up medical procedures. The data got used to form table A and the section on cash from patient activities. This was highly effective in promoting improvement based on the medical department’s capability to increase quality of output of each patient.

The insurance verifiers were involved in data collection related to table 1 developments. The main data collected was related to patient billing procedures and their activities involving the improvement of internal hospital activities. The health department required effective improvement in terms of the insurance of each patient to ensure adequate healthcare. The customer services department at the hospital was involved in collection of data related to every patient interaction with the medical providers. The health insurance department at Ventre Medical ensured effective delivery of services related to the type of care that each patient received.

Data collection by the team leads was highly imperative in improvement of quality care at the hospital since they were involved in overseeing every critical factor and every team’s unique capabilities. The direct managers at Ventre Medical displayed their unique capabilities to offer improvement in the medical field. Each manager was involved in ensuring effective delivery of services for all twenty-five persons involved in the medical department. In this way, only high quality and accurate data was used in improving internal health operations at the mental health facility. Data collection by the team leads all improve outcome of front-line staff since the table provided displayed the delivery of medical are enabled the hospital to generate revenue.

Data collection by the billing manager is the basis of the development of table 1. The cash flow displayed in the table was effective in building strong medial partnerships and delivery of services in future operations at Ventre Medical. It was possible to increase quality of care related to the health department’s required goals. The collection supervisor was involved in managing the operations at Ventre Medical since the development of highly profitable operations would be possible through involvement of each person in the medical field.

After study of the financial metrics involved at Ventre Medical, the next requirement was assessment of the competency of employees at rating them in terms of percentages. All the twenty-five employees provided unique capabilities of improving internal operations at the medical facility. It was possible to offer improvement based on the capabilities that each professional possessed and their ability to offer internal improvement.

Figure 1 got collected in conformity to the internal operations at Ventre Medical and to determine how each professional person performed as expected. All the metrics scored highly and were above average in relation to expectations. The data collection sample displayed in figure depicts how effective development is possible during internal assessment of the health department.

Data Collection Method

The data collection methods applied at Ventre Medical were highly imperative in offering improvement in regards to patient assessment. The availability of an effective patient assessment procedure was imperative in improving quality of care at Ventre Medical. The data collection methods used were both quantitative and qualitative since they provided unique insight into internal operations at Ventre Medical (Ainsworth, 2021). The use of qualitative methods provides in-depth analysis of the internal operations since it was possible to connect with each employee and to influence them to provide factual information. The use of quantitative procedures in the improvement of internal operations at Ventre Medical was imperative in providing effective insight related to the possibility of creating a strong analysis procedure.

The quantitative data collection procedure applied at Ventre Medical was effective in displaying how each department and procedure provided effective data analysis. Table 1 that contains financial data about Ventre Medical was effective in offering improvement related to the organization’s operations with different types of patients. The data got used to develop the table and offer insight concerning how the patients’ operations and visits increased business continuity at Ventre Medical. The data collection procedure applied in table 1 was effective further because it was possible to improve on accuracy through effective study of each hospital department.

The qualitative data collection methods used at Ventre Medical were highly effective in improving internal hospital procedures. The methods used were observations and interviews of all professionals involved in the field. The technique offered effective insight that provided development of figure 1. Each employee got rated in conformity to the metrics displayed in figure 1. In this way, it was possible to offer improvement based on effectiveness of internal operations. The use of observations was highly imperative in offering improvement related to the internal company objectives. Observation provided insight related to the events as they occurred.

At Ventre Medical the proposed direction was to ensure that each employee department would be provided with effective insight and improvement of internal operations. Data collection using observation provided effective insight related to internal organizational goals and improvement of care of patients. The data collection method rated the employees in terms of a percentage in order to improve quality of insight in each field and ease of understanding of the observations by other professionals.

The next data collection method used was interviews. The use of interviews is highly imperative in ensuring development of each professional. This is an effective method of collecting data since questionnaires were used to collect data from the professionals. The use of open-ended questionnaires was highly imperative since it provided answers that were unbiased and produced effective measurement of the employees’ responses. The open-ended questionnaires were used in conformity to metrics of evaluating the professionals involved at Ventre Medical. The metrics used were managerial efficiency, resource acquisition, planning procedures, development of internal operations, financial analysis, resource direction, direction to improvement. Each metric involved unique questions related to development of employees in that area.

The data collection methods were also highly accurate and improved on the capability of each metric improving operations at Ventre Medical. The improvement of internal employee activities was possible after applying the suggestions of “adjusting to growth, driving change, building trust, and improvement of financial outcomes” (Reina et al., 2017). The data collection procedure of using interviews was applied in this case to ensure effective improvement of every employee. The questions that were asked included:

1. How do you think organizational development was possible in the internal operations at Ventre Medical?

2. Does managerial efficiency have an impact on the internal employee operations?

3. How does each department provide resource allocation that improves on outcome of each employee?

4. How does Ventre Medial leadership team provide effective insight into the operations of each department?

5. Is it possible to provide internal improvement of operations at Ventre Medical using the available resources?

6. Is it possible to provide financial analysis at Ventre Medical and offer improvement for future reliability?

7. After studying the health department’s daily operations, is it possible to conclude that each person can increase resource direction to the best financial outcomes?

8. Can Ventre Medical achieve effective direction to improvement after study of the existent operational issues?

All the questions provided effective insight into the operations at Ventre Medical and how they offer conformity to stakeholders’ expectations. It was possible to discover leadership activities and how they offer improvement for all employees.

Observations

Improvement of financial services at any organization requires involvement of leaders and frequent interactions with their subordinates in order to offer effective improvement (Reina et al., 2017). The improvement is also possible after each person gets improved based on prevailing conditions (Reina et al., 2017). In the case of the Hankerson team, all twenty-five professionals involved have a high likelihood of improving the scores displayed in figure 1. It is evident that Ventre Medical has created an effective operational structure due to its capability of providing clear direction for each professional. The billing coordinators, insurance verifiers, and billing manager were all involve in improvement of financial services at the medical department. The improvement of any organization requires effective financial study in order to provide beneficial financial outcomes.

The next critical observation Ventre Medical is that the department implemented changes according to previous suggestions. The process of creating changes in the professional environment involved effective study of the organization’s internal operations. Implementation of Lewin’s change model was effective in offering improvement based on the types of activities provided at Ventre Medical. The improvement of internal operations was possible through focus on the communication with partners, improvement of hospital operations to suit current technological advancements, and creation of favorable conditions for healthcare professionals. The data collection procedure at Ventre Medical was effective in offering improvement since it was possible to increase quality of outcomes based on organizational activities.

The effective development of healthcare professionals is possible after they each take part in the data collection procedures. This was evident during data collection of financial activities at Ventre Medical and the process of conducting interviews and observations. It was possible to offer improvement related to the possibility of each professional person improving after realizing personal factors that require change. The use of Lewin’s model provided effective application of freezing or refreezing stages in order to offer improvement of the ongoing operations at Ventre Medical. The possibility to the data collection procedure to get used in future operations at Ventre Medical was possible. The capability became stronger in relation to the healthcare industry and its effective performance-based assessment method.

Data Analysis Method

The data collection procedures applied at Ventre Medical were effective in providing insight related to internal company operations (Reina & Reina, 2015). Application of the Reina Trust Scale is imperative since it provides unbiased insight into the operations at Ventre Medical. The data collection method of using the interviews is applicable in determining how the leadership process at Ventre Medical could get improved. In terms of trust, all professional persons at Ventre Medical scored highly after assessment of each interview. It was possible to discover that the analysis procedure was effective and offered better insight into professional development. The professional persons each displayed effective characteristics that improved on the possibility of crating effective comparisons.

The metrics proposed by the Reina Leadership Trust Scale were all effective in offering improvement based on professional assessment. The metrics that are suitable are character, communication, and capability (Reina & Reina, 2015). It is possible to offer improvement for members of the Hankerson team since their activities are related to high possibility of creating positive outcome and conformity to stakeholders’ expectations. The collection supervisor, team leads, and customers services leaders all provided effective insight into the operations that Ventre Medical conducts on a daily basis. The possibility of ensuring future operations at the hospital is possible by ensuring each person provides their unique expertise to improve the company.

A data analysis method that was applied during assessment of Ventre Medical is regression analysis (Stevens, 2021). The technique is critical in study of the dependent variable of financial productivity at Ventre Medical. The independent variable in the data assessment procedure is the availability of resources for each department in order to ensure they produce expected goals. In the case of the health organization, it was possible to offer improvement based on internal activities at the hospital. The fact that each team leader’s involvement improves on organizational outcomes results in the study of unique capabilities to offer employee improvement using their capabilities.

The next data analysis procedure applied in the study of Ventre Medical is logical thinking after studying results of the interviews and observation procedures. The technique applied in enhancing the strength of the data analysis procedure is through the effective study of each department at Ventre Medical. The improvement of managerial efficiency is possible at the hospital since it is evident that each department is capable of connecting with every person in the professional environment. The technique of logical thinking provided effective insight into resource allocation and the possibility of offering improvement using the hospital’s available resources and professionalism. The financial analysis procedure involved effective study that increased likelihood of enhancing the organizational objectives. The process of creating positive outcomes for the hospital was possible further due to effective direction into the proper method of connecting with all internal and external stakeholders.

Data Results in Narrative

The data results analysis in narrative procedure is required to offer improvement in the operations at Ventre Medical. The use of narrative analysis offers effective development in the field of healthcare since it is possible to study unbiased data (Perez, 2019). The procedure applied at Ventre medical is study of notes taken during interview process, observation, and analysis of the financial data at the hospital. After studying all the data provided in the data collection procedure, it is evident that Ventre Medical is provided with effective study of varying contexts that offer widespread development in an organization. The process of movement of an organization’s operational procedures to higher standards is required to enhance quality of output. In the case of Ventre Medical, it is possible to offer improvement of the financial benefits.

The fact that Ventre Medical deals with mental health patients results in the need to advertise is services more in order to offer improvement of the wide public. The fact that the medical department incorporates effective delivery of services results in the need to offer improvement base don existent operations. Since the project leaders are already existent in the hospital’s teams, it is imperative to create effective development based on the capability of increasing organizational outcomes. The use of surveys to improve leadership structure at Ventre Medical is possible due to frequent connection with organizational activities. After assessment of all the data analysis techniques, it is evident that the Hankerson team has a higher likelihood of providing positive outcomes and relation with organizational expectations.

Conclusion

In surmise, the Hankerson team can experience effective development as it connects with each internal stakeholder that heads the Ventre Medical facility. It is possible to use effective data collection methods to increase quality of output of employees at all times and improvement of medical care for each patient.
