There are some structural things that are needed here that I need you to consider:

· Avoid listing. Use proper paragraphs including the introduction. Avoid using too many headings if not necessary as they will appear as listing.

· You can also already integrate your analysis of the cross cultural differences, as you discuss the cultural frameworks. If you choose do that, just make sure that your sub-headings says that as well. Alternatively, you can also just follow the pattern that this paper uses where the framework is separate from the analysis. In the end, whichever you you use, the analysis of the cross cultural differences should integrate the frameworks/theories you used to analyze.

· Provide a proper introduction about the company you are using. Use your previous or current workplace. You can present this already after your introduction or follow the same pattern as the sample paper. Introducing the company in this paper only includes the location, a very brief background of the nature of the business, then focus on the issues they are encountering that relates to this paper. – here you can take Ingram Micro, if you want.

· Your recommendations should be very specific to the organizational issue and consistent and anchored on the frameworks you used.

· Your conclusion should provide a summary of your discussion as well as providing recommendations for action. This too must be specific to your discussion.

Additional instructions:

· Minimum of 3 frameworks/theories to a maximum of 5 frameworks/theories. Please ensure that you are able to connect the frameworks/theories to the rest of your discussion and to the organizational situation/chosen company situation you will be using. Do not use a framework/ theories that will not make sense to your discussion.

· Do not forget that the leadership styles and situations should always be a component of this paper. Your experience should not be the focus but the organizational situation in your chosen company is. If you were one of the managers/leaders involved, then you can partly speak about yourself, however, if you were not one of them, then talking about your own experience should not be a component of your discussion.

· Follow the rest of the instructions laid out in the instructions guide.
