New Arkansas Law

  • Previously there was a law passed in 2013 that allowed professors to carry weapons but could be struck down by universities
  • All universities in the state including Arkansas Tech did not allow firearms
  • However a law passed earlier this year allowing concealed carry permit holders with additional training of eight hours to have weapons on campus
