Title of Paper

            Remember to not write in first person.  Introductory paragraph and purpose statement 

Work Environment Assessment approximately 1-2 PAGES

First requirement - Describe the results of the Work Environment Assessment you completed on your workplace. Validate with references. 

Second requirement -  Identify one thing that surprised you about the results (citation, year). 

Third requirement - Identify one more thing that surprised you about the results (citation, year). 

Fourth requirement - Then identify one idea you believed prior to conducting the Assessment that was confirmed (citation, year). 

Fifth requirement - The last requirement is to explain what the results of the Assessment suggest about the health and civility of your workplace. Validate with references.

Reviewing the LiteratureAPPROXIMATELY 1-2 PAGES

First requirement:  Briefly describe the theory or concept presented in the article(s) you selected. ***What is the specific theory OR specific concept you have identified in the article(s) you selected.  Remember a theory or concept is not a model or standard.  A theory as identified by Merriam-Websters (2019) is “a supposition or a system of ideas intended to explain something, especially one based on general principles independent of the thing to be explained”.  Merriam-Websters (2019), then defines concept as “a plausible or scientifically acceptable general principle or body of principles offered to explain phenomena”

Third requirement:  Explain how your organization could apply the theory highlighted in your selected article(s) to improve organizational health and/or create stronger work teams. Be specific and provide examples. Validate with references. 

Evidence-Based StrategiesAPPROXIMATELY 1-2 PAGES

1). First requirement:  Recommend at least one strategy, supported in the literature, that can be implemented to address any shortcomings revealed in your Work Environment Assessment. Validate all information with references. 

2). Second requirement:  Then, you are to identify and recommend another strategy that can be implemented to address any shortcomings revealed in your Work Environment Assessment. Validate all information with references. 

3). Third requirement:  Recommend at least one strategy that can be implemented to bolster successful practices revealed in your Work Environment Assessment. Validate the information with references. 

4). Fourth requirement:  Then you are to identify and recommend another strategy that can be implemented to bolster successful practices revealed in your Work Environment Assessment. Validate the information with references. 

Conclusion

Your conclusion/summary is your chance to have the last word on the subject. The summary allows you to have the final say on the issues you have raised in your paper, to synthesize your thoughts, to demonstrate the importance of your ideas, and to propel your reader to a new view of the subject. It is also your opportunity to make a good final impression and to end on a positive note.  Your summary can go beyond the confines of the assignment. This section pushes beyond the boundaries of the prompt and allows you to consider broader issues, make new connections, and elaborate on the significance of your findings. You should make your readers glad they read your paper, and gives your reader something to take away that will help them see things differently or appreciate your topic in personally relevant ways. It can suggest broader implications that will not only interest your reader, but also enrich your reader’s life in some way. It is your gift to the reader.
