Remember to cite your references using APA style. 

 

Assignment Requirements: (Upload your research paper to this link)

 

This paper will be a minimum of 5 pages and no longer than 7 pages.

· Paper must be in APA format

· Title Page with Group Name and Group Members

· Correct intext citations

· References page per APA guidelines (a minimum of four scholarly articles)

· You must address the following in your paper:

· What is Digital Forensics?

· How is it used in Cyber/Digital Investigations?

· Why is it important to know the legal aspects of Digital/Cyber Forensics?

· Name a recent case (within the past 5 years) that involved Digital/Cyber Forensics

· What was the case

· What organization did it pertain to?

· Who was involved?

· Was the case solved? If so, how?  If not, then explain the ongoing investigation.

· What tools were used in the investigation?

· Do any of the tools pertain any of the topics we have discussed so far?

 

** You will have all day Saturday to work on the assignment, and on Sunday you will do your presentations. **

 

Presentation Requirement : (Upload your Presentation to the Residency Presentation Assignment Link)

· You must have a PowerPoint presentation of your research topic.

· Must be 8-10 slides (Content)

· Must include a Title Slide and a Refences slide.

· Each member of the team will present 5-10 minutes of the research topic.

· Everyone must participate or the group receives no credit.

· Split the presentation up into equal parts so everyone can participate.

· Be sure to upload your Presentation to the Residency Presentation link.
