You are working in freight forwarding company and one of your customers (Rami trade INC) contacted to you to prepare him a Competitive Analysis Report to be Submitted to his Management Team.

SUGGESTION ON HOW YOU CAN DIVIDE THE WORK
Part one (15 Marks) 1. Nominate a Manager – specify his responsibilities including the calculation of the FINAL IMPORT price and one page conclusion (executive summary) of the work involved in the exercise.
2. Each of you should be in charge for a particular function or functions (from the Table A) based on your abilities and previous work /study knowledge and experience. You do not have to choose all the functions but choose what enough to prepare the report.
Part two (5 Marks) Individual Reports: A short individual report 1 page (use the form in the assignment folder), point form, concise, NOT EMPTY words. (Please submit it in the separate assignment dropbox)
If you do not contribute to the group work, you WILL NOT RECEIVE A MARK.
The quality of the final group work report and your personal contribution will affect your final grade as follows:
