1. The members of the team shall talk about their respective leaders with regard to the traits

and skills possessed, their behaviors and application of certain behavioral styles to match the

followers’ development level (Chapters 2, 3, 4, & 5).

2. The members will figure out if their respective leaders are able to influence them (either

positively or negatively) and the reasons behind it. Further, they would try to find traits, skills,

behaviors or styles of their respective leaders (based upon discussion with the members).

3. The members would then recommend as to what may work best (a combination of

behaviors or traits/skills) to influence followers in different organizational situations.
