Introduction/Problem Statement
Need to identify the problem the company is facing and the purpose of the report. What is financial objective and frameworks and analysis have been used in this report.
Situational Analysis
Stakeholders Preferences
PESTEL - Porter’5 would be more applicable
SWOT - In the SWOT, there were some confusion in opportunities and alternatives. Also, more strengths and weaknesses need to be identified
Financial analysis
Quantitative analysis was well done, and it included the financial KPIs which the CEO concerns.
Alternative Analysis
Needs more pros and cons explanation and linkage for alternative A, whereas it was great analysis for alternative B in qualitative analysis and find the linkage among mission& value, situational analysis and stakeholders. State how each strategy will have impacts on the company or affected by the company’s strengths and weaknesses under the circumstance. Great quantitative assessment included valid financial indicators.
Recommendation
Clarify what the company should do A or B with reasons, but you need to address all the cons and weaknesses you can stated in the situational and alternative analysis
Implementation
This is the part you should give a detail action plan to implement the recommended strategy
