On strategic management the company has been able to settle all its financial obligations such as its leverage and other daily obligations. The company is also known in maintain on its cost since it uses all the cost effective methods of production that will leave the company with abnormal profits. The company has is well positioned in that it is able to gain from the use modern of technology and mobile communication which has been of great advantage as it has lead to more quality goods and services, saves time and production has been made faster. This has increased efficiency and effectiveness in the company. This has also attracted more customers which has increased the customer base. The use of the blue ocean strategy has been the key success of the company where it created demand for its products earlier before its competitors arose. The company can create a wide range of its market by having online sales to capture customers from all areas at ease and this will reduce incurring transport cost for the customers which will attract more customers since the methods is also cheaper and saves time. The simple mission statement provides a straight forward information on the goal that the employees wants to achieve and this makes everyone work towards achieving the main objectives the company has. The company culture is unique since it exhibits the organization values and mission and this makes all the stakeholders work with all the seriousness required since they are all aiming to achieve the same goals and objectives. The company has good customer services that is always available meet the customer complaints demand among others and this makes the customer feel cared for which has attracted more customers from all corners of the world. The customer services is always available and customers from all countries are free to contact the company incase of anything and this makes sure that the company are always served at whatever place or time. More to that the company strategic position makes it attracts more people since it is in the central of the city a factor that has been convenient to its employees, investors, customers, suppliers and other stakeholders. Also the environment at which it is operating makes it more successful since it is convenient during the economic recovery period. The company has strong and unique brands that has make it have competitive advantage a factor that has made it almost become a monopoly. The uniqueness and competitive advantage is of importance to the investors who wants to invest in the company since its an indication that the company is operating in long run and it is also sustainable. The company is working on the way people are buying goods by one supporting all the local businesspeople so that they can purchase more of their product and another way is by social mobilizing the customers and this has contributed to the interest of the company and the society. The company has been using its capital and private equities for its growth and development a factor that has made it become a global force. The company structure has been of impacted greatly to its success and growth and it has made the company become flexible and easy to adjust to any change that may arose. On its structure, having a first mover status has made the company more valuable and attracted the customers from all parts of the country. More importantly the company has brought to the coupon industry where it has removed unnecessary elements and replaced them with value components such as the collective buying. It should be known that all these global strategies alone cannot work they are stimulated by a good management that ensure all the strategies are strictly followed and that each of them is productive.
