Group Assignment #2: (15%)

Part 1: Risk Management Plan and Risk Register (10%)

General notes:

· Include a covering table in your submission that clarifies who worked on which part(s) of the assignment (Optional).

· Each team needs to submit only one set of documents using Turnitin application in .pdf format.

· Name the files in this format: Section # xx Group x. pdf

Prepare the following for the project that you submitted in your Assignment #1:

· Risk Management Plan (As many pages as needed)

· For the step one and step two identify and assess 20 risks specific to your project

· For step three you can only do the risk response development for at least 5 of the most significant risks you have identified in the previous steps

· Use your WBS in order to create your Risk Breakdown Structure (RBS)

· Qualitative analysis: Briefly describe and rate the risk priority number (RPN) constituents of each identified risk.

· Risk Response Matrix.

Part 2: Presentation (5%):

Update your Assignment #1 based on the feedback provided and present it in a 5-6 slide Powerpoint. Each team member must present one of the slides. Record the presentation and upload it to your assignment #2 submission box.
