Abstract:

This paper starts off by explaining the conceptual idea of project Management.

This is followed by the correlation between balanced Project Management and the

company’s success. It also provided a comprehensive explanation of implications

of good project management steps and the impacts of poor project management. It

concluded that project management is core for success of the organization and

provides a continuous quality and efficient production within budget and set

timeline.

Introduction:

Project management helps in re-engineering the success and performance of an

organization. The concept of project management involves a process that employs

to ensure that a project is a success. There is always a correlation between Project

Management and the performance of the company as the project management

lifecycle methodology will helps in explicitly planning, implementing, monitoring,

scheduling and delivering.
