Conclusion

Education has higher impact on medical care.

Ethnicity has higher impact on both education levels and medical care.

Though number of Non-white population is lower in US, the relative education levels, and health conditions of Non-white people are lesser than white people.

Gender in specific to women have higher percent of poor health conditions than men.

Concentrating on these key categories would really help medical care.
