discipline and also explore their inner -strength ; it will also help each members on the team to
nurture their skills and understand the game of Volleyball.
Type of sport
Our team will be playing Volleyball. It is quite a popular sport and interesting to play.
We choose this sport because of the skills and tactics of the game, which is it improves balances,
it teaches team work and not to mention it’s a great way to keep fit.
Age Brackets
Our team is made up of teens girls between the age of 15 and 18. This is quite an
expansive range considering the age bracket of most students.
Practice
Practice will be on every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. Four days a week
committed to training will prepare our team for any future challenge.
Location
Running Head: VOLLEYBALL TEAM OUTLINE
We will be using the volleyball pitch provided by the school. It is the most accessible
playground for every team member.
Funding
We only require a little funding as a team. We have pledged to contribute something
towards raising money to buy the team wears and practice balls. Everyone has also been obliged
to reach out to friends and family who would give them more money.
Staffing
A coach is yet to be determined. This will happen when we meet as a team and vote on
who we feel is the best to be our captain and coach.
Marketing
We intend to use social media as our fundamental marketing strategy (Li, Larimo &
Leonidou, 2021). We also use word of mouth for marketing our team to our friends and other
learners.
Equipment
We have some equipment with us. These require just maintenance and adding more to the
list.
Liability insurance
Running Head: VOLLEYBALL TEAM OUTLINE
We acknowledge the need for medical safety. We understand the dangers in the field as
we play football. This is why we recommend our team members have at least an insurance cover
as we head over for the season (Takahashi, Nagano, Ito, Kido & Okuwaki, 2019).
Rules
Everyone respect and follow the guidance of the coach. Furthermore, everyone is bound
to have mutual respect. Everyone must have a sense of responsibility, and the blame game will
not be allowed (Cho, S. L., & Baek, W. Y. (2020).
