On this slide, I will be talking about how can cultural diversity training cause problems for a company? An example of a potential problem that training might cause? These sorts of training transpire in workplaces across the nation, and they go by various aliases: implicit bias training, diversity training, and discrimination reduction training. The idea is to educate employees within interactions with people that are unconventional than them, to lift the cover on the hidden prejudices that form so many of us to respond poorly. Depending on how businesses manage them, experts state some people can have an unenthusiastic response, even rejecting the training they're deemed to internalize. But training that is done well, both uncovering bias and maintaining its pervasion, can authorize individuals to make a difference in behavior. There are two plans to do diversity training. One is to stop lawsuits. The other is to create a general environment in which every member of the community is valued, understood, and can completely present their abilities. That entails subduing bias and enhancing the diversity of the employee and management community. Sometimes Diversity training doesn’t demolish prejudice. It raises it. diversity training delicately described what people could say, and what they weren’t. They also tried diversity training that produced crowds of people within a room and asked them to divide into sections. Some of the categories were more self-evident like gender, age, and ethnicity. Other categories were more complex, like encounters they’d had, likes and dislikes, and beliefs. Each group was required to participate a little regarding how they saw themselves as an effort to teach the others. Still, the dilemma continued. People did not like the fact that they got separated so lawsuits started in the conversation after the training session

On this continued slide, I will talk about The solution? Preferably of recognizing people as categories, we need to see people as people. Stop training people to be more admitting of diversity. It’s too conceptual, and it doesn’t work. Rather, train them to do their work with a diverse set of people. Not categories of people. People. Educate them on how to have complex communications with a variety of people. Instruct them on how to maintain the quality of employees who relate to them. Show them how to improve the skills of their numerous employees.
