The purpose of this Course Project is to analyze the nature, extent, and procedures concerning evolving standards of Criminal Law in Georgia, other states or at the Federal level. The final course project will be a writing assignment. Students will have to complete a minimum of a three to five (3-5) page research paper, including at least two (2) outside sources besides the book. Wikipedia is not an authorize source. How has the increased use of social media and technology impacted Criminal Laws? Also, explain how social media may hinder a case and also how it may help a case. GUIDELINES: Research Paper: The paper is to follow correct APA formatting rules. This paper should be a minimum of five (3-5) pages; however, the title page and the Reference page DO NOT count as part of the 3-5. You must have at least two (2) outside references/sources to support the material you cover in your paper. This is not an opinion-based paper. This is a research paper, so you need conduct RESEARCH. This paper will be submitted to a Turn It In drop box. Your paper must be: 12 point font; Times New Roman Double Spaced In APA format (see APA guidelines under the lessons section for a template) Not plagiarized (any plagiarism will result in a 0.) Fully researched and not an opinion paper. This is an academic level paper and must be supported by facts.
