Essay about gratitude .I already have one page missing 4 pages
Think of one of the people in your life that truly impacted your life direction. Write a handwritten letter of gratitude to them. If they are living make an appointment to visit them and read them the letter. If they are not available, read it to someone who knew that person or a close friend. When this assignment is completed, write a brief essay (1-5 pages) discussing your experience. Include the letter in the essay. You may share this experience in the discussion groups with your classmates if you wish; however, sharing is not required.
When I think of the person that has impacted my life direction, the answer it is always you. Mom you are that special living person, who has always impacted my life in many ways. Giving birth to me is one of the most valuable gifts I ever had; you are a spiritual guide that was assigned to me in this world. I am so grateful to call you my mom. You never judge me, on the contrary you listen and advise me in the best way possible, like no one else ever would. Despite, our differences and arguments, we still could not spend more than a day without talking to each other. Our love is too powerful and unconditional, that makes any misunderstanding go away quickly. I love you, and this letter may not be enough proof of it. However, this is a real great opportunity to seize it and declare it. When I count my blessings, I immediately think of you. Mom, I do not think I could have got through difficult moments in life without you being present. Together we have overcome many obstacles that have strengthened our union. We have a special bond that makes our relationship unique, and I hope it will always be like this. I love you; I value you, and I appreciate every one of the things you do and have done for me.
With love,
Laura
