Project for solar panel

Dear Representative of Kuwait government,

I am an electrical engineer at Montana State University I am in my second year with the high GPA, I know that you have a huge project to save the electricity and lean on other sources then oil

And I know your main goal is to save around 14 kW off the electricity that we are using oil and I know every one volte matter, and I saw that you are working with a company that works on solar panel form Spain, and when I looked at them solar panels I saw that they are using a motors to change the direction of solar panel toward the sun to get as much as you could from power,So I have a project that I was working on lately it’s will save you the power that you using to change the direction of solar panel with using any power! The project will cost $85,000 and it will take around a year to to see the final result don’t let the number scare you that’s will include the materials the lab and the first result gonna be after three months and after three months we get to develop it more and after year you will have about 50 solar been there that is working in the same system the project need time because we want to see how it’s gonna react with the time.

My project is very important because the motors are using a lot of power to move the solar panel and your main goal is to save as much as you can from electricity. They are using around 5v with 20 watts that’s about 20% off the power from each solar I calculate the number and I saw that Power is enough to light two blocks for two days ! And we are using that power in one day just to make the solar move and also don’t forget that the motor needs repairs and they need to be engineered and also they cost around 300$ per motor for example you need around 30k$ to power 300 solar panel will motor and extra 10k$ yearly to repair them and around 34k$ to pay for the engineers but you going to have more than 300 solar! In your project that will add up the value, but with my project which use 0 electricity you will save more than half and you will get more power and you will save money. And Patented because I don’t think anyone did it before I searched a lot no one have ever worked on it before.

So hers the project information and the plan, I’m gonna make a group and I’m going to chose the people based on them knowledge and Bach ground it’s will take me exactly 2 weeks, than I’m going to find a lab with Full of equipment, and than work on the project for two weeks and there will be only one day off every week for the next first 6 months, the project that I was talking about is mother but it’s based on chemical reactions so they will be chemical sensor that get effective by the light and the heat and than with chemical reactions will make the solar move, the maintenance is not included with price yet but I’m sure it less than the electrical one for the repair it does not need it just cleaning every week to keep it working at it best this is the first step, next step is putting them in test with different weather conditions and see how it’s react, next step is the final which is getting a Patented to sure no one will steal the idea and the mechanism, in same step the project will be ready to use.

All in all Either if I was awarded to this grant or not, I’m still going to work on my project step by step to fish it but it will take me longer maybe years of waiting, but with your help I can guaranteed you it will finish with one year only, and it’s going to help you to save this is my main goal, and by my knowledge of being electrical engineer you will not find someone who’s better in that other than me I also did a lot of project like that before and they all went to success, I started doing renewable Energy since I was 13 years old I studied my whole summers in Kuwait since club (Kiser) i think I’m qualified for this mission.
