Action Plan - 3 sources/ 3 cites required (cite from Hughes, the assigned article, and your own journal article)

This section needs a full explanation about what you will work on to improve your leadership skills and how you will do this. Now that you know about these terms, tell the reader what the authors have to say about how to develop a specific skill for each of the three terms? Provide one example for each key term on how to improve. Add a citation for each of these skill development techniques.

Create a plan of action to develop each of these key skills. Provide one step per skill. The action plan must always discuss how you will build your experience as a leader, or your leadership skills, as related to the article, text, and the three key terms you choose to discuss.

Write 1 cite based academic paragraph and 1 personal paragraph on this topic, relating these skills to yourself. Wisdom is developed by seeing the gaps of your leadership skills, and taking action now to be a better leader now and in the future.
