This final assignment sums up the project in its entirety. It includes the deliverables from the previous three weeks. Since change is inevitable with projects, a change management plan needs to be developed for this project.

The team adds a Change Management Plan.

The team addresses circumstances the project might consider for change.

The team describes how changes to the project scope, timeline, and budget will be requested, reviewed, approved, reported, and communicated.

The paper is 1,400 to 1,750 words in length.
