Researching the significance of values among nurse leaders presents valuable insight into the attributes individuals need to execute leadership successfully.

Moreover, I find this article relevant and credible because it shows how leadership affects compassionate care delivery.

It is relevant to my study since it covers the concept of nursing leadership and management. Leadership and management in nursing affect various aspects of healthcare, including patient safety and client services, which is a relevant issue in nursing leader roles.
