There are many reasons to obtain a master’s degree of Health Administration at XXXX. First, the flexibility of an online courses is one of the biggest factors that contribute to my decision to applied at XXX University. This is a huge opportunity this University offers to me or anyone who wants to persuade thier education. Especially, working as a full-time student, this will minimize my working schedule problems and have less stress from commuting from work to school. This is an advantage to maximize my time in focus solely in class material and spend quality time with family. Secondly, tuition cost and private University is a plus to persuade a master's degree at this University. Because, nowadays with the high cost of higher education increasing drastically. This University offers the perfect tuition cost to students, which makes possible to afford grad school without accumulating tremendous amount of debt. Another reason to apply at this private University is because provides better quality of education than public Universities.

Graduating from University of Texas at Dallas with a bachelor's in public Affairs in 2019. I have learned to be self-discipline not only in academics but also in life as well. Discipline and commitment are the key to reach any goals in life. These two principals have been penetrating into my core values, I highly believe it will help me to excel in grad school as well. Even thought, these new journey in life could be very challenging oftentimes. But, from my past experiences as a student these are the time when I need to think differently and learn from the experts. Which means, reach out to professors or tutors that will help me reach my academic goals. Having working experiences as team leader and customer services in the private sector with a Bachelor's in Public Affairs. This will open many opportunities in the healt care sector in the future. Bu, what I have learn as team leader, managing people, schedule, marketing and customer are not the only skill that requires to be successful in any field. It’s the ability to think clearly under pressure and ensure that the team is moving at the same direction of the organization goals. From my past experiences I have seen many managers comes and goes because do not have the ability to make the followers to follow the corporation goals.

With a master's degree in health care administration and past experiences will be the highway to be successful in this career. This University will successfully equip me to be more knowledgeable. With each class I take it will me make me closer to land to the next job opportunity and Graduated. Most of the jobs requires a master's degree in health care administration and work experiences as well. Within my first semester at XXX University, I will be applying in the Healthcare industry jobs by the time I graduate I will be a better candidate to hold a higher position in a hospital, government or local clinic.
