In Brazil, the unemployment rate has risen to 12.0% within three months starting January 2019, it was 11.7 % in the August-October period.
This declined to 12.2% one year before.
A comparison has been made with the expectations of the market i.e., 11.9%. This was regarded as the rate of highest joblessness.
It had begun three months from August 2018.
In Brazil, the unemployment Rate had an average 9.50% from 2012 and it continued in 2019.
The highest level is 13.70% in March 2017.
The lowest unemployment is 6.20% in December 2013.

It had crossed the median 12.9 % forecast and the information was taken from the poll of Reuters. It had been studied by the economists.
From May 2017, the reading is quite significant. It had matched the top forecast of the survey made by the Reuters. It had come close to 13.7% level in March of the particular year.
The unemployment was steady and there should be a control on the price pressure. The reason is that the wages had remained at the same place. There has been an adjustment with the inflation. The effort of the central bank had been stopped. It had been taken back to the actual range.
Problem of Unemployment in Brazil
According to the figure of IBGE, the present unemployment level has been 11.7%.
The consultants believe that this will improve in 2021. It will become single digit figure.
In 2019, the expected figure is 11.5%. Within 2020, it will become 10%.
Due to the recession from 2014 to 2016, the level of unemployment reached 13.7%.

The rate of unemployment had fallen to 11.90 % in Sep 2018. In August 2018, it had been 12.10 %. The average rate is 8.30 %. In March 2017, it had gained the highest e.g., 13.70 %. In December 2013, the record was quite low e.g., 6.20 %. Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics had presented this data. The population of Brazil is 208.49 million people as per the report of Jun 2018. The Labour Force Participation Rate of the country gained to 61.70 % in September 2018.

The economy of Brazil has been quite relevant across the world. This represents the nominal GDP . In full form, it is Gross Domestic Product. Brazil is regarded as the seventh largest nation in world in terms of the purchasing power parity.
In 2010, Nominal GDP has been estimated at US $2.09 trillion. This has risen by approximately 5% every year. The economy has been the largest among other Latin American countries. It has been regarded as the second-largest in the total Western Hemisphere.
There are initiatives in the fiscal sustainability. The economy is open and liberal in nature. This has helped Brazil to grow upward. The currency of Brazil is represented by the Brazilian Real.

Unemployment rate in Brazil
Brazil has an unemployment rate and it can be described as the total unemployed people in the form of percentage of labor force. The labor force consists of people who may or may not have jobs. There are certain unemployed who are searching for a job. The rate of unemployment falls below 4 to 5% at peak period. We discover people moving across various sectors in our economy. These people move among the cities. If the economy shows recession, then the unemployment might rise and it reaches double digit.
