Use this document to help guide the design of your Go Global Training Video.
Part 1: Go Global Presentation Video (80% of total assignment grade)

Uses PowerPoint of another presentation software as the structure of training

Each slide is narrated 5
Each slide includes content aligned with narration

Has been uploaded to and submitted to me in video format, ideally as a Youtube URL

Introduction slide – with training title & trainer name (student name)

Includes a learning outcomes slide, with a list of 4 training outcomes (what they will learn in training)

End slide, telling the trainee they have come to the end of the session.

Reference slide, listing all the sources used for content development

Training Content
Training topic is related to the list of four training topics in the assignment description

Evidence that research has been conducted on the training topic

List between 2 – 4 training outcomes, and correlated to training topic, and don’t not exceed 4 outcomes

Resources used, at least 4 different sources used, and come from legitimate academic

Presentation Quality
Every slide narration is clear and audible – not volume issues

Narration content of the trainer (presenter) aligns with the slide content

Good narration pacing (not to fast) and speech clarity

Quantity of information given on each slide is not too long, as to overwhelm the trainee

Training Design Elements
Slide show is approximately 15 minutes in length

There is consistency in color, design, font design throughout entire presentation

Part 2: Go Global Discussion Board/View & Reply (20% of total grade of assignment)
Post URL to discussion board by due date

Views 4 other student training videos, and posts 3 questions about the training to every student video they view. On Friday, June 11th…views and replies completed late will receive a grade deduction..of 10% a day.
