Clear, actionable, and measurable technology goal for the organization that clearly supports the mission and vision.
1. Increase the number of patients hat visit the facility by creating a larger client base through identifying a target market.
2. Increase revenues that will enable the business undertake its duties effectively.
3. Use integrated market system to popularize the facility
How this goal supports the mission and vision of the hospital.
How I would measure progress toward the goal, milestones necessary for progress and criteria used to measure that the goals to competion..
Increasing the number of customers through offering outstanding quality services that will attract qualified multispecialty physicians from other amenities. This will improve the reputation and image of the business hence attracting and retaining the large customer base that would eventually earn the facility huge revenues. The revenues will be used to maintain and upgrade the facilities for example, the e-visits that has improved service delivery (Abdel-Basset et al, 2018).
I will discuss the strategies with my team and come up with a workable plan that everyone is comfortable with so that we work on the same page. Thereafter I will keep track on the activities on the objectives se frequently, know where we are, what has been achieved and what is remaining to be achieved so that to make necessary adjustments
I will apply SMART analysis in measuring the goals. SPECIFIC-the hospital to attract 8 new patients per day. MEASURABLE-track progress of the number of patients visiting the facility and the incomes received daily to ascertain if there is growth or not. ACHIEVABLE-establish are customer based sales promotion by using personal selling where sales team would visit homesteads to popularize the hospital. In addition, the integrated market strategy will ensure all advertisement tools are taken into account to create an impression in the minds of the potential customers the services we offer. RELEVANT-increase the number of customers by offering services at a reasonable fee as compared to our competitors to maintain standards in line of duty. TIMELY-the objectives must be achieved by the end of 2023(Helms & Nixon, 2010).
