Focus On Customers (1000 words)

This year I will Maintaining and upgrading existing systems as required by (XYX Company) security standard. Security and/or potentially support worries in any of our frameworks or procedures that could put our clients' data in danger. Collaborating with Business user, Project Leads and IT team to resolve issues and ensuring solutions are viable and consistent.

Accomplishment:- (1000 words)

This year I finished Maintaining and upgrading (Applications name XXX) servers which are running on unsupported operating system. I finished upgrading the SSL certificates to numerous Fiscal Web applications and assure none is braking with the certificate changes and safeguard the client data as per (XYX Company) standards. Implemented (Applications name XXX) in (Applications name XXX) automation helps FA to post batches to (Applications name XXX without any human intervention. Accomplished the development of Prior Period Adjustment process that FA processed manually. The accomplishments helps both user and business to improve their work efficiencies, reduce human intervention and improve performance.

Focus On Associates (1000 words)

Document and cross train peers, so that knowledge is distributed evenly when supporting, communicating with stakeholders, or enhancements on current processes and systems are needed.

Gain confidence of the end-users by providing support for the production system in timely manner. Improve competency and skills to provide efficient technical services. Provided On Call Support Backup for the Web Fiscal applications.

Became main Point of Contact for (Applications name XXX, (Applications name XXX (Applications name XXX (Applications name XXX, (Applications name XXX). Provided On Call Support as well as Backup call support on need basis, for the Web Fiscal application. Continuously documented and share my technical knowledge, research etc. with my team member. Continuously improve the knowledgebase for future requirements. Always support and motivate to collogue for ongoing problem, try to troubleshoot each problem myself and share the troubleshoot step with team.

Focus On Operational Excellence (1000 words)

Risk mitigation planning for fiscal web application. Learn the VM creation, Server OS upgrade & SSL Certificate Renew/Upgrade skills Provide quick support in resolving production issues. Conducting regular reviews of systems and generating reports on efficiencies and improvement areas. Maintain appropriate knowledgebase for future reference.

Accomplishment:- (1000 words)

Increased the speed of troubleshooting in various direction such as Database, Server Upgrade, TLS/SSL certificate, Automation, coding. Researched technical information for traceability of various applications. Provided On Call Support Backup for the Web Fiscal applications. Continuously updated the Fiscal Web Technical Document. Analyzed business requirements/issues properly and provided appropriate technical solution for the applications worked on

Self-Leadership (300 words)

Learn new work management skills, sharpen the existing skills thru various training sources available at Exchange (like XXX, in class,) online, and refer technical blog. Set more achievable focuses for myself, my group and clients, to safeguard runs are met in an appropriate way. Plan out the streamline development processes that include entire scope of functionality. Proactively plan the work that are more efficient by using existing framework or implement new framework, documented checklists and technical skills.
