Vision Statement
Our vision is to improve the health of every child in the community for a better future.
Mission Statement
Our mission is to enhance the health conditions of special needs children through providing the best medical care, safe, affordable, high-quality child care to where children are encouraged to grow at their own pace and which will benefit the child, the parent, the staff and the community.
Project Objectives.
· Establish one child care center for children with special needs in the Plainfield area.
· Ensure that all the children in the center have all their basic needs provided for including proper diet, medication, and shelter.
Objectives Timeline
· By the end of July 2018, all the data for the children will be collected to determine the size of the healthcare center.
· By January 2019, all facilities needed for the children will be bought and stocked, and the center will have been established.
· By the end of March 2019, the center will be up and running with medical specialists and other staff to take care of the special needs children.
Program Strategy Statements
· I will conduct enough research on the best location in Plainfield to set up the center by accessibility and cost.
· I will also inquire about the best medical practitioners as well as companies that offer best food services where I can put orders in for food supplies as well as other needed supplies in the center.
· I will conduct research on the best educational programs for different ages with consideration of various medical problems.
