Question 1
Major physiological change that can occur in the urinary system
As a person ages the kidneys and bladders tends to change. This tends to have a major impact on the way they operate. Some of the factors that leads to the change in the kidneys which occur with age include the amount of kidney tissue decreases and thus the kidney function is terminated. The blood vessels that supply the kidney get hardened and thus the kidneys tend to filter blood slowly. The number of filtering unit reduces. Nephrons are used to filter waste material from the blood (Cortes, & Flores, 2021). The kidney problems can maximize a person’s risk of other condition which include cardiovascular illnesses. Kidney problems tends to be fatal, however early detection and good detection can maximize the life of the kidneys. the urinary system include kidney, ureters, urinary bladder, urethra, talk about other parts except the kidney, see page 5,6,19-23 26,27 from week 8. Also, there are more changes to the kidney, include other changes as well, see page 6 week 8.
Major physiological change that can occur in the reproductive system
As a person ages the vaginal walls tend to get thinner, dryer, less elastic as well as possibly irritated. At times sex becomes painful due to the vaginal changes. As the body gets older and estrogen levels reduces, the body tends to loose fat as well as collagen and due to this the skin and tissue of the vulva and labia tens to get thinner and look less plump. The reduction in fullness is completely normal and the labia may as well get smaller as well as paler as a result of reduced blood flow to the area. Since the vaginal opening gets smaller this means less pleasurable sex as one ages (MedlinePlus, 2021). you need talk about both male and female, for male page 35-44 week 8, for female page 49 55-59 week 8. Also talk about aging and sexuality for both man and woman page 68-71.

Question 3
The Respiratory System
Congestive obstructive pulmonary disease
Congestive obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a long-term inflammatory lung condition that causes airflow obstruction in the lungs. The most common symptom is blocked airflow from the lungs. Difficulty, cough, mucus production, and wheezing are some of the signs and symptoms. Long-term exposure to irritating chemicals and particulate matter, primarily from cigarette smoke, is the main cause. COPD patients are at a higher risk of getting heart disease, lung cancer, and a variety of other illnesses.
Some of other lung diseases include asthma and pneumonia. Asthma is a long term inflammatory illness of the airways of the lungs. This condition can impact one’s daily activities as well as the way in which one mange the daily activities that we all need to do such as getting dresses, getting a shower and many other. One may notice there are times when one tends to be more as well as less, breathless. Bronchitis is an infection of the main airways of the lugs leading them to get irritated as well as inflamed. At times bronchitis tends to compromise a patient’s capability to function effectively in regard to their day to day operations and physical activity and can impair sleep quality (MedlinePlus, 2021). see page 67 week 10, there is a three minute lecture introduce copd watch it and make adjustment if needed
Smoking
Cigarette smoking is harmful to almost all parts of the body, causes many illnesses and minimizes the health of the smokers. Cigarette smoking leads to more than 480, 000 death every year in the US. This is almost five deaths. Smoking leads to lung diseases through damaging the airways as well as the small air sacs found in the lungs. Lung diseases are mainly as a result of smoking. Some of these illnesses include cancer, heart diseases, chronic bronchitis, hypertension and coughing (Berkowitz, et al., 2018). see page 62 week10 include specific illness

Question 4
Physiological aspect of the eye that can decline with age
The ganglion layer is a physiological component of the eye that deteriorates with age. The loss of retinal ganglion cells occurs in a systematic manner as part of the natural aging process. In standard automated perimeter (SAP), this results in reduced visual sensitivity in the visual field, as well as a weakening of the retinal nerve fiber layer in optical coherence tomography. See page 10 or 35 week 11, the lecture didnt include ganglion layer so you need to change it
Physiological aspect of the ear that can decline with age
Physiological aspect of the ear which declines with age is the loss based on the sensory and nerve cells. This is a condition referred to as presbycusis. This issues mainly takes place gradually over a span of many years. It mainly impacts both ears at the same time and leads to high frequency haring loss. This means that it is hard for them to hear high pitched sounds. With speech it tends to be hard to hear, thus making words such as “that” and “sat” sound as though they have similar pronunciation (Clason, 2020). see page 55 week 11
