Virtual Classroom assignment this week is to create a Genogram.  Please see the attached video and guide.  You will meet up with your Clinical Instructor tomorrow evening for a debrief.

Create Genogram (3 generations)

Provide : 3 Health Promotion Goals associated with diseases mapped out, in a document form. 

Be ready to discuss tomorrow evening in virtual post conference (directed by Clinical Instructor).

Place genogram in your Clinical Instructor's folder (can write out legibly).
