This section needs a full explanation about what you will work on and how you will do this. What did you read about to develop that specific skill for each of the three terms? Provide one example for each key term on how to improve. Add a citation for each of these. Create a plan of action to develop each of these key skills. Provide one step per skill. The action plan must always discuss how you will build your experience as a leader, or your leadership skills, as related to the article, text, and the three key terms you choose to discuss.
