Competency Assessment Rubric

GB600M4-4: Analyze the influence of leadership on organizational effectiveness.

All competency criteria must be met to earn a B grade and pass this Course Outcome.

Provided substantive integration of appropriate, current, and reliable resources – including in-text citations throughout with a corresponding item on the reference list. A minimum of three reliable sources were used (no older than 3 years) and at least one was a scholarly/peer reviewed source.

Analyze your creative abilities and recommend actions for improvement

Competency

Using the Leadership Self-Assessment Quiz 11-1 – The Creative Personality Test (DuBrin, 2019), assessed how similar your personality and attitudes are to those of creative people. Described what you learned about your creative tendencies and provided recommendations for what you can do to increase your creative abilities.
