All competency criteria must be met to earn a B grade and pass this Course Outcome.

Competency: In the Researched Proposal:

Provides an executive summary that is complete and accurate.

Provides a statement and general analysis of the problem using research.

Analyzes the problem from at least three (3) stakeholders’ viewpoints.

Provides a recommendation for implementation of a solution.

Mastery:

Analyzes the problem in thorough detail from at least 3 or more stakeholder viewpoints. Provides a recommended solution that addresses all stakeholder views.

“CATEGORY 2”: Research and Graphics

Competency

Provides a minimum of five cited sources, one of which is from a peer-reviewed journal, with no more than two personal interviews.

Research corroborates their analysis and supports their recommendations.

Submits a minimum of one original graphic,

· Your writing should be well ordered, logical, and unified, as well as original and insightful.

· Your submission must include a cover memo or letter depending on the audience which introduces the researched proposal.

· A cover page including title of proposal, recipient’s name and title, your name and title, and the date should be included.

· Provide a table of contents.

· The executive summary must be no more than one-page long.

· Your sources and content should follow current APA citation style.

· A reference page using APA 7th edition must be included.

· The total proposal should be composed of 2,500 words, but no more than 3,000 words.

· Your submission should:

· be free of spelling, grammar, or punctuation errors.
