Submit ten physical education games/activities for ages 2-6.

Name of Activity: Volleyball
Age level:4-6
Equipment: 2-8 balloons
Skills Emphasized: upper body exercise, volleyball progression
Description:
1. The balls are tossed into play by the teacher. The clock starts when the first ball is put into play.
2. Players attempt to keep the ball in play by hitting the balls with their hands to keep all balls from touching the ground until the "goal time" is reached.
3. The game stop when (a) the "goal" time is reached, (b) a ball touches the ground.
4. If the "goal" time is reached, the class wins (or scores a point). The game may be repeated until a desired number of points or wins has been scored.
